You can use a gift voucher of any value for stays, spa treatments and other hotel services.

Choice of delivery:

E-MAIL - after payment we will send you a valid gift voucher by email for printing.
RECOMMENDED MAIL - after payment, we will send you a voucher to the address you provided..
PERSONAL COLLECTION - you can order a gift voucher at the hotel reception.

Payment options:

PAYMENT GATE - through a secure gate.
BANK TRANSFER - we will send the payment terms to your e-mail.
CASH - you can pay in cash or by credit card directly at the reception. Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard.

Voucher redemption:

All information can be found on the enclosed leaflet "Information for gift recipients", which will be sent to you together with the gift voucher.
Gift vouchers are valid only at the PALACE Bad Hofgastein hotel.
Please provide the voucher number when booking so that we know you would like to redeem a voucher.
Please hand in the voucher at the front desk upon arrival.
