What our guests say about us
"Our stay at the Hotel Palace was simply wonderful. As a family with young children, it’s not always easy to find a hotel where everyone truly feels comfortable, but here, that was absolutely the case. The proximity to the Alpentherme makes the stay even more perfect. Dinner was excellent. The live music created a very cozy and almost magical atmosphere. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and warm-hearted. We felt welcome and well taken care of at all times. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families – we will definitely be back!" (14. 2. 2026)

"We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return. The perfect place to relax, unwind, and stay active at the same time. Centrally located, offering many activities in all weather conditions. Excellent cuisine, a large indoor pool, sauna, salt cave, a wide range of therapies, and competent, friendly staff – all perfectly suited to this large hotel with a beautiful garden. Comfortable rooms complete the experience!" (10. 10. 2025)

"Hotel Palace always worth a visit. What stands out most at the hotel is the friendliness of the staff, the varied and high-quality meals, the wellness area, and the spacious rooms. Overall, a perfect hotel for active holidaymakers as well as for guests seeking relaxation. Bad Hofgastein and the surrounding areas make a great effort to offer guests a wide range of leisure activities. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Bad Hofgastein. The park, the thermal spa, and the town center are just a few steps away and easily reachable on foot. The lift to the Schlossalm mountain station and access to countless mountain and valley hiking trails are also located nearby." (18. 8. 2025)
